Hi Royston

Since Shuffles I have been working in travel, been travelling a couple of times and lived in Sydney for a year. I have now been living in London for 7 or 8 years. I have lived north and south but have bought a flat with a friend in Tottenham Hale now. I am still dancing!! I do street dance classes. I do a really good class in Brixton. The other people in the class are all professional so it is quite a high level!! The teacher is really good and does great choreography. He dances professionally and goes all over the place. He has just come back from India where he was doing bollywood movies!! I attend that class every Sunday no matter if hung over etc. The only reason I don't go is if I am on holiday somewhere. I have found the odd street class elsewhere in London at leisure centres, and also the occasional hip hop (and locking and popping!). I am not so much into Danceworks or Pineapple as find them quite unpersonable and quite expensive.

I really regret giving up dancing at Shuffles. I felt I was getting a bit old for it at the time as there were so many young kids and I must have been about 15.

In hindsight I should have kept at it but focused more on the exams than the comps.

I would love to see myself on the website!! Let me know if you have any adult classes on the timetable and perhaps I can pop in for one when I am down to visit the family!!
